pleasure to meet you
Elizabeth (middle name Rose) began practicing yoga in 2017, because she was seeking an enjoyable low-impact form of exercise. She quickly discovered the benefits of yoga extend beyond the physical and helped her to combat anxiety and cultivate mindfulness outside of the studio.
Elizabeth's love for yoga led her to volunteer as an studio assistant, where she deepened her practice in a year-long apprenticeship. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga District in 2024. Since then, she has taught 150+ studio classes, led corporate and private sessions, and hosted workshops and events.
In Elizabeth's classes, students can expect a welcoming and inclusive environment, upbeat music, and pose options for every body at all levels of yoga experience. Elizabeth encourages students to explore their personal yoga practice in a way that honors their body and energy. She hopes students also receive the benefits of mental resilience and peace that yoga has brought to her.
